Helicoidal Brushes

Helical industrial brushes are extremely versatile and have several applications in various industrial segments, however, the highlights are their use in general cleaning, as well as in flat surface finishes and also in the distribution of fluids, as they guarantee uniformity.

As their name suggests, they consist of a helicoidal or spiral (ribbon brush) mounted on a base (cylindrical shaft or tube owned by the customer). They can be mounted with step or without step (brush roller), according to the need of the application.

This type of brush has several dimensions, lengths, diameters and other measures, which vary according to the type of use it will have. It is rotating and with a diameter smaller than the width, and this is the purpose for the purpose in which it will be used.
