With regard to the online content evidence collection service, the Company will cryptographically store the data referred to in topic 3 on its own server, in a safe and secure way against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. These data will only be used for the specific purpose for which they were collected and authorized. The hashes of the generated reports are also stored and linked to each user's accounts.
The other data collected will be stored as long as it is necessary for the activity of the users.
5. RELATIONSHIP WITH THIRD PARTIES
The Company may share the personal data collected with its partners so that the latter can notarize the generated report. Note that these websites have their own privacy policies, for which the Company is not responsible.
No document and/or personal information will be disclosed and/or shared under any circumstances, unless expressly authorized by the User and/or Signatory or by court order or by legal determination.
No documents and/or personal information will be sold and Users' personal information will not be individually exposed to any third parties, except as established in this instrument or pursuant to the Law and by court order.
6. USER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The User guarantees and is responsible for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal photos and other information that he may provide for the use of the Service, pledging to keep them updated. The Company has no responsibility in the event of the insertion of false data or its inaccuracy, and may, at its sole discretion, suspend and/or cancel the User's registration, at any time, if any inaccuracy is detected.
The Company's users, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, are guaranteed the rights to: - Transparency, information, access and notification, in order to be aware of the treatment given to their data; - Rectification of incorrect data and filling of incomplete data; - Deletion, which can be requested by the user, in addition to being carried out automatically in the cases provided for by law, such as in the event that they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
